Log in or sign up for your My Power account to view and pay your bill, see your daily usage, sign up for paperless billing and more. You may also pay through electronic bank draft, by mail, by using our automated phone system or in person at any Southern Pine office.


Attention Members
If paying with credit card, a 2.45% convenience fee will be added. If paying with e-Check, a $1.00 convenience fee will be added. You can avoid this fee completely if you pay by a different method. (cash, bank draft, or a paper check)

Bank Draft


Set up recurring bank draft payment when you create your My Power account or using the button below, and never worry about missing a payment again. You’ll receive a one-time $25 bill credit the first time you sign up!

When you sign up for automatic bank draft payments, your bill is automatically paid from your bank account.

Please continue to make payment by using your My Power account, mail, phone or in person until your statement indicates that the account is paid by draft. If you need the draft to be effective immediately, please contact your local office.



Pay your bill quickly and easily online by logging into your My Power account and choosing “Pay My Bill” from the left column.

If you do not have a My Power account, it’s easy to register. Having a My Power account gives you access to so many great features including like viewing your usage, billing history, and paying your bill online.

My Power members have the following payment options:

  • Pay from a bank account.
  • Pay with a credit card or debit card.

Paying your bill has never been easier! To pay your electric bill by phone call now and select Option 2 from the menu.

For your convenience, please have the following information available when you call:

  • Your Southern Pine Electric account number.
  • Credit card or debit card.
  • Last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
In Person


To ensure your payment is posted to the correct account include your account number on checks or money orders mailed to Southern Pine Electric, and enclose your bill stub with your payment. Send mail to:

Pay in Person

You may pay your bill in person, at a drive-thru, or in a drop-box at one of the district offices. Remember, drop box payments should always be made by check or money order—not cash. Also, to ensure your payment is posted to the correct account, include your account number on your check or money order, and enclose your bill stub with your payment.

To pay your bill online, you can login to your MyPower account or use MyPower Quickpay.
