The month of February in Mississippi means Carnival time! For this issue, we went down to Biloxi on Twelfth Night to soak up the sights and sounds of the official kick off of Mississippi Mardi Gras. We visited the Coastal Mississippi Mardi Gras Museum, met the King and Queen of Carnival, and learned about the history of the state’s celebration.
